Back in stride again! This year will be special as we incorporate The Saartjie Project, exploring the continued fascination with the black female form, and serious soul lineup with N'Dambi, the very talented Angela Johnson, DC's own Yahzarah, souful Liv Warfield and veteran Jean Baylor of Zhane' just to name a few. Newcomers Ayah, Nola Darling and Op Swamp are also just a few of the names you will remember after this year's festival.
We also are adding visual art and we've expanded our usual outdoor event to downtown Silver Spring which will be a true grand finale as we feature some of DC's best artists all day in front of thousands.
